Having trouble finding the right fit for you in standard stores? Zed Jackets offers custom sizing to create a jacket tailored to your uniqueness. From broad shoulders to long arms, from bulging biceps to wide chests, we can make you a custom fit you’ll love.
Please check our size chart before ordering a custom size, as custom orders take 3-4 weeks to create. If you fit standard sizes XS-4XL, order from our available sizes.
- When ordering your jacket, simply select the “Custom Size” option.
- After checkout, fill in the form below similar to the samples shown. We ask for photos to ensure the most accurate sizing.
- Once we have your measurements on file, you can order without submitting photos in the future.

Custom sized jackets mean we build a pattern specifically for you. Items are final sale and Zed Jackets guarantees the measurements.
*Chest sizes exceeding over 60 inches may result in an additional fee.
